- Large art paper
- Paint and paint brushes for background

Steps:
- Choose a superhero or villain that interests you and print a photo of that character
- Draw a 1 inch grid on their photo reference
- Create a 2 inch grid on their drawing paper and start to block out their reference
- Erase grid when character is fully drawn out and finalize with colored pencils
- Use colored pencils to refine and add value/ color gradient
- Paint a background for character on a separate paper
- Cut out character and glue to painted background
- Add any finishing touches for final
